My journey began at the laboratory bench. With a Diploma in Pathology Testing and a Bachelor of Medical Science, I spent years immersed in the world of diagnostic precision and clinical data. While my time in the lab gave me a researcher’s mindset, it also revealed a critical gap: the disconnect between complex medical findings and the people they affect most, the patients. I recognized that while science can diagnose, only clear communication can truly heal and empower.

Beyond the lab, I bring over five years of experience as a Business Support Administrator at Cleantech Sydney (2017–2023). In this role, I mastered the art of technical documentation, drafting complex Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
